ABOUT The Branch County Historical Society

Hello,

Welcome to the Branch County Historical Society website. You will find information on our meetings, activities, and community history. Most important, information on how you can become a member too. Please take a look around.

We invite you to visit our beautiful 1875 Victorian 2nd Empire Wing House Museum. This architectural gem is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is open for tours as shown on the tour schedule found elsewhere on this webpage. You may visit during our regular open tour dates from April to November or arrange a private family and group tour. We also offer catered luncheons and dinners for your special events.

Come in, browse around and drift back in time to the elegant days of the Victorian era. It is an experience I think you will enjoy.

Regards,
David McDonald
President
